SITE DEPLOYMENT aND CONSTRUCTION
The GrayDS, Inc. (GDS) proposed program management organizational structure is based on a centralized program management (PMO) team comprised of East Coast and West Coast Operation Teams, supported by a centralized Engineering Team. Together, along with our partners and additional key personnel, we assemble an Integrated Project Team (IPT) specific to each task order. This allows for efficient staffing, evaluation of local resources, safety oversight, and quality assurance personnel who are best placed to understand their role in successful deployment. This alignment supports consistent quality across the contiguous United States and allows for field quality control measures.
